Rincon's growing subdivisions sit on slab foundations with vented attics that bake through Georgia's long cooling season, and spray foam insulation is the most effective way to stop the heat and humidity that drive up your bills and make rooms uncomfortable.
Savannah Spray Foam Insulation has been serving Rincon and the surrounding Savannah area since 2010. We understand the building stock here: newer stick-framed homes in Effingham County that rely on attic ductwork to condition every room, and the moisture and temperature swings that come with coastal climate and slab-on-grade construction. When a bedroom over the garage runs hot in July, or your cooling bill climbs through the summer, or you spot condensation in the attic, we know exactly what to look for and how to fix it.
Spray Foam Insulation in Rincon (31326)
Rincon's newer homes are built light and fast, with stick-framed walls, slab foundations, and vented attics carrying the central air ductwork. That design works fine in theory, but in practice, vented attics pull in hot, humid air off the Savannah River throughout the cooling season, and rooms at the end of a duct run or over a garage never quite reach temperature. Closed-cell spray foam seals the attic floor and rim joists, stops the moisture before it gets into the insulation, and gives you consistent temperatures from room to room. For walls built without cavity insulation, injection foam fills the stud bays after the fact. Crawl spaces under slab homes are rare, but when they exist, spray foam on the rim joist and band is the critical detail that keeps conditioned air inside.
We have been insulating homes and commercial buildings across Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties for over a decade. Our team brings the right equipment, the right technique, and the experience to know what works in the Lowcountry climate.

How a Job Works in Rincon
We start with a free on-site assessment. You walk us through the problem: a room that will not cool, a high bill, or visible moisture. We inspect the attic, crawl space or walls, check the existing insulation and air barriers, and look for any moisture or damage that has to be addressed before we spray. We give you a written estimate with the R-value and thickness we recommend, the area to be covered, and the price. No surprises.
On the day of the work, our team arrives with the spray rig and sets up mechanical ventilation to pull fumes out of the house during application. We apply the foam in controlled passes, holding the manufacturer ratio and drum temperature, so the foam cures properly and bonds to the substrate. If insulation has to come out first, we handle that. Once the foam is down and cured, we clean up and walk you through the job. You will notice the smell during application and for a few hours after, but mechanical ventilation moves it out quickly. We ask you to stay out of the treated space for 24 to 48 hours while the foam fully hardens.
When the work is done, your attic is sealed, your rim joists are insulated, your walls are filled, or your crawl space is protected. The space is clean and ready to use.
Attic spray foam in Rincon typically runs from $1.50 per square foot for open-cell foam on a simple top-up, up to $2 or more per square foot for closed-cell work in a larger attic or one that needs prep. Wall injection foam starts around $2 per square foot. A crawl space rim joist and band job runs from $650 to $1,500 depending on the linear footage and the depth of the band. If old insulation has to come out first, add $950 to $2,000 depending on what is there and how much. The final price depends on the size of the area, the R-value and thickness you want, whether you choose open or closed cell, what substrate we are spraying onto, and what has to be removed or prepped beforehand. Call us at (912) 483-1976 for a free estimate. We will measure the space, walk you through the options, and give you a firm price in writing.
